Olivia Ward, the visionary founder and CEO of OW Elite Health Services, a company she established in September 2024 with a deep commitment to excellence in health services. Olivia is an Author, a Wedding Officiant, a Real Estate Agent, a Certified DOT Specimen Collector, a skilled CPR Instructor, a Certified Phlebotomist, a Certified DNA Technician, a Certified Fingerprint Technician, Certified BSL Provider, a Travel Agent and a dedicated Health Science Completer with over three years of experience. With a genuine passion for helping others, Olivia's career is built on a strong foundation of diverse expertise in medical and auto claims, administrative and customer service roles, and accounts payable. She also brings valuable insight from her time as a UI Claims Examiner with the Georgia Department of Labor. Her board skill set and compassionate approach to care are at the core of OW Elite Health Services, where she strives to make a lasting, positive impact on the health and wellbeing of every individual she serves.
David Ward, COO
David Ward services as Chief Operating Officer of OW Elite Health Services, where he provided strategic oversight and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant health and workplace services. With more than 15 years of leadership experience, David organizational management, process improvement, and team development.
David holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University, equipping him with a solid leadership principles, and strategic demonstrated a commitment to efficiency, accountability, and service excellence.
As COO, David plays a key role in driving operational performance, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the company's mission to provide reliable, professional health and compliance services. His leadership style emphasizes integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
